Qualifications and experience:                 

The successful applicant must have the following qualification, experience and knowledge

• Grade 12 (Matric)
• Certificate Stores Management and Purchasing
• 3-5 years relevant experience
• Relevant supply chain management, procurement, understanding of Enterprise resources

• Computer Literacy (SAP & MS Office)

• Safety Operations

Main Tasks and Responsibilities for this Position

The successful applicant will be responsible for, among others, the following functions:

• Manage interfaces and liaise continuously with end users/suppliers to ensure service delivery standards are met.
• Reporting to Co-Ordinator on key procurement indicators for relevant areas.
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to expand and enrich supply chain content.
• Compile and issue Request for Quotation (RFQ)/tender documents and receive tenders.
• Negotiate price, delivery and lead times.
• Ensure suppliers comply with the relevant regulatory requirements.
• Procurement control.
• Behavioural alignment.
